Hallo,
great site and super comparison test of currently available coconut oils in Germany. On the subject of quality and production, I would like to add that with cold pressed coconut oils (expeller method) the grated coconut meat is first dried in the oven at 60 degrees. This is the case with all cold-pressed coconut oils and this gives them their characteristic smoky coconut flavor. Who does not like this should look for centrifuged coconut oil. This is rarer as the production is more elaborate and expensive, but the oil smells and tastes like a fresh coconut. More about the production of the fresh coconut milk you can also find here on our blog:
Soon we will also market our fresh COPPER coconut oil, I would be very happy if you would then take us in your comparison. Thanks and best regards
Henning

On your side I read the following:
“Not all oils are good for your health because they contain too many saturated fats. However, there is one type of oil that is generally harmless to health and can be used as a spread and as a balm for the skin at the same time, namely coconut oil or coconut oil.
He continued:
“Coconut oil is not only an aromatic edible oil, but can also be used for hair care or body care. The special fatty acids found in coconut oil can have a positive effect on physical processes. "
What are the “special fatty acids” you describe?
Looking at the ingredients of coconut oil, the extremely high proportion of saturated fatty acids (!) Is noticeable, namely 96%!
If you mean these, how do you explain this blatant contradiction?
MFG
