A joke are these buy recommendations. As we pointed out, a piano bench lasts forever, if it is solidly processed, and above all, it must not wobble and squeak. And then there is a stagg bank on 1, which does NOT meet exactly these criteria. Unfortunately, all German manufacturers that really offer quality are disappearing from the market, which is almost only dominated by cheap Chinese goods. Of course, this is due to the higher price, which is often more than four to five times a cheap bank. But most of all, there are those portrayals like this that pretend that benches costing less than 180 or 200 Euro are good quality. These benches usually have no tapped and glued legs and wobble right from the start, because the adjustment mechanism, which also has to carry the weight, is of extremely poor quality. Made in Chana.
