Mild taste Linseed oil has a spicy smell of hay and nuts, is often described as "slightly roasted" and can have a slightly "fishy" note. It is ideal for the preparation of fresh salad dressings, for refining warm dishes or for making light summer dips. Please do not heat. The most important ingredients: linolenic acid, linseed oil has a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids, as well as oleic acid (omega-9) and linoleic acid (omega-6). Omega-3 fatty acids are essential (vital) substances for nutrition. The body cannot produce these substances itself. Due to the high content of omega-3 fatty acids in linseed oil, the daily requirement can easily be covered. Manufactured in our own Makana oil mill - native cold pressing The manako linseed oil is produced from the first cold pressing under moderate pressure. Subsequent thermal damage, chemical-physical changes or process residues are avoided. The product also does not contain preservatives or other additives (no added color, no added flavors, no genetic engineering, no preservatives, no added salt). This means that only the most valuable oil components get into the end product. The extraction and refining, which is often the case, is consistently avoided. Note: Our linseed oil is a natural product and is therefore subject to natural fluctuations. Sediment, cloudiness or changes in taste and color are natural. Keep cool and protected from light. The bottle should be shaken well before use.
